At financial district apartment city hall, south street seaport, Wall Street, movie theaters and 20 restaurants are all just a few blocks away.

We have free Cable TV and phone in rooms along with full size comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.

Up to 3 people can sleep in each unit at no additional charge (free) for the third (3rd) person.

2 people on a full bed and 1 person on a twin size bed (subject to availability).

We are for adults only- no one under 18 years of age is permitted to stay here.

The private bedrooms are all equipped with flat panel High Definition TVs.

We also have newly installed shared bathrooms and kitchen which are located within the apartment.

All Bookings must be done through this ON-LINE booking agency.

We do not accept walk in guests.

You should retain a copy of your ON-LINE booking agency confirmation of booking receipt and present it to the doorman when you arrive.
Check-in time is 3.00 PM, However if your room is clean and ready before 3:00 PM we will definitely check you in earlier.

Check-out time is 12.00 Noon.
The Apartments are located in a famous landmark property, with abundant daylight illuminating the rooms through over-sized windows.

The main entrance and lobby are newly renovated.

All hallways are carpeted and we have 24 Hours / 7-days-a-week security surveying the premises with the aid of 56-camera video monitor and digital video recorder (DVR).


The hallways of the apartments also have video security.

We also have a recently installed Fire Central Alarm System on all floors and fire sprinklers everywhere promoting safety.

The management office for the building is located on the third floor.
We also provide broadband Internet access throughout the entire building with 4 high speed elevators including freight.

Guests have access to enter the premises at all hours.
Facilities include a bike hire and parking service.

You may keep a bicycle in your room or make arrangements with the doorman to store it for you.

We also offer a luggage storage and currency exchange facility.
Pets are not allowed.
This facility is in a fund raising effort by MacDougal Street Synagogue - Beth Midrash to build a new synagogue and in its never ending quest to promote tolerance and understanding between all persons of all religions.


Our prices do not include tax.

New York City Taxes are 22.50% on rooms $40 and above.

For example, a room for $50.00 per night calculates as follows:
5.875% for City taxes and
8.375% for State taxes for a total of =
14.250%, and in addition there is a
$2.00 per night state room tax and
$2.00 per night city room tax.

Therefore, on
$50, you pay
$7.125 in city and state taxes plus
$4.00 per room tax totaling
$11.125 which amounts to
22.50% tax on a $50 per night stay.


Taxes will be added to your bill when you arrive.
